J M Greenshields

Major James Greenshields has extensive regimental experience in 2 Cavalry Regiment, where he has served from troop leader through to Squadron Officer Commanding. He was the cavalry officer instructor at the School of Armour, and has had staff experience at Deployable Joint Force Headquarters. He commanded Combat Team EAGLE during the Overwatch Battle Group West Rotation Two’s tour of Iraq over the period November 2006 to June 2007. He attended Australian Command and Staff College in 2008, and is currently posted as the Armoured Corps Careers Advisor at the Directorate of Officer Career Management – Army.
