The Australian Army Research Centre (AARC) has been directed to publish the 2025 CA Reading List in accordance with the Army PME Plan. The AARC is rapidly preparing the List for approval and publication.

Communication around the release of the List will be promulgated by Army in due course.

The reading lists are designed to prepare an officer or soldier for service in the State of the Australian Army Profession.

The State of the Australian Army Profession can be unforgiving and competitive. The consequences of failing are significant for the individual, his or her comrades and the nation they serve. The reading lists provide a number of publications that can help prepare you for service and which will allow you to better understand the demands that service will place on one's self and one's comrades.
