Philip Hoglin
Biography
Colonel Philip Hoglin graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, in 1994, having completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) majoring in statistics. He completed a Master of Science in Management through the United States Naval Postgraduate School in 2004, graduated from the Command and General Staff College of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in 2006, and was awarded a Master of Philosophy (Statistics) through the University of New South Wales in 2012. He has been involved in workforce analysis since 2004, was the Director of Military People Policy from 2014 to 2017 and the Director of Military Recruiting from 2018 to mid-2020, and is currently a researcher in Workforce Strategy Branch, Defence People Group.
