Katherine Phillips
Biography
Katherine Phillips is a Presidential Management Fellow in the US Department of Defense. She has worked in Kabul for US Forces—Afghanistan and in Jerusalem for the Special Envoy for Middle East Regional Security. She has a Masters in Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
