Max Boot
Biography
Max Boot is Senior Fellow for National Security Studies at the Council for Foreign Relations, based in the United States. He is an Award-winning author and former Editor for the Wall Street Journal, and was named one of ‘the 500 most influential people in the United States in the field of foreign policy’ by the World Affairs Councils of America in 2004.
