Susan Hutchinson

Lance Corporal Susan Hutchinson is a graduate of RMIT University. She holds a BA in International Studies and is studying for an MA in International and Community Development through Deakin University. She is currently posted to the CIMIC Squadron in 21 Construction Regiment at Holsworthy, where she is responsible for civil society and telecommunications. She has extensive volunteer experience in social justice including advocacy work in fair trade, raising awareness of various conflicts in Africa, and human rights work. She has travelled throughout Asia experiencing and researching the security, sociocultural, development and political situation in China, Tibet, Bangladesh and Thailand.
