Philip Coker
Biography
Brigadier General Philip Coker, US Army, is the Director of the Capabilities Development, Futures Center at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Monroe, Virginia. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point, and during his career as a cavalry officer he has filled a variety of command, staff and training appointments. His overseas service includes tours of duty in Germany and South Korea.
