Mark Tutton
Biography
Lieutenant Colonel Mark D Tutton leads the Land Warfare Laboratory to conduct complex problem framing, experimentation, data and systems analysis, and perations analysis and assessment. Before taking up this position, he was head of plans at the United States Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, responsible for the development and implementation of Sea Dragon – The Marine Corps service experimentation plan. He is a graduate of the Australian Defence College and holds a Master of Military and Defence Studies (Advanced) from the Australian National University.
