David Coghlan
Biography
Brigadier David Coghlan graduated from the Royal Military College in 1984 to the Royal Australian Artillery and specialised in ground-based air defence. He has had operational experience and held a range of command, operations and plans related appointments. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Defence Studies from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Strategy from the US Army War College. He is currently Director General of Military Strategy in the Strategy Executive of the Department of Defence.
