Charles Bevan
Biography
Major Charles Bevan RLC commissioned into the Royal Logistic Corps in April 2017 after completing officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He has served in a range of regimental roles, including Adjutant and Squadron Commander at 9 Regiment RLC, alongside staff appointments in strategic logistics, defence capability and acquisition, and information operations. He also served as Military Assistant to the Standing Joint Command Chief of Staff during the UK COVID-19 response. He holds a BA in Philosophy and is completing an MSc in Psychology, focusing on decision-making, cognitive bias, and leadership in complex environments. An avid sportsman, he represents the Army at cricket and has a longstanding interest in the role of sport in developing leadership, resilience and team cohesion.
