Brendan Hayward
Biography
Captain Brendan Hayward graduated from the Australian Defence Force Academy in 2002 and the Royal Military College, Duntroon, in 2003. Following regimental training with the 1st Armoured Regiment, he served as the Intelligence Officer for the 3rd Battalion, the Royal Australian Regiment, deploying to East Timor in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in physical chemistry from the University of New South Wales and is currently posted to the Defence Signals Directorate.
