Loro Horta

Loro Horta is a research associate fellow and PhD candidate at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a graduate of the National Defence University of the Peoples Liberation Army (PLANDU), China, and has attended various courses at US military schools. Mr Horta is a regular contributor to some of Asia’s major newspapers such as The Straits Times, The Jakarta Post, Asia Times and other outlets in Australia and the Lusophone world.
