LTCOL Katherine Old is Editor of the Land Power Forum. She is an Army Reserve Legal Officer with over thirty years’ experience as a Defence civilian. Her key professional areas of focus are strategic and international policy and law. She is also a longstanding freelance writer for several national and international circulation recreational outdoor magazines.
