Jeffrey Record

Jeffrey Record is Professor Emeritus at the U.S. Air Force’s Air War College in Montgomery, Alabama, where he taught strategy and military history for 19 years. He also served as a civilian pacification advisor in the Mekong Delta during the Vietnam War and on Capitol Hill as legislative assistant to Senator Sam Nunn and a professional staff member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. He was a senior researcher at several Washington, D.C. think tanks, including the Brookings Institution, the Hudson Institute, and the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis.
