Emma Milner
Biography
LT Emma Milner is an RA Sigs officer, currently posted to 3rd Combat Signals Regiment. In 2020, LT Milner completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) at the University of New South Wales, Canberra. The topic of this research was cyber-enabled foreign influence and interference, with a focus on Australia’s approach to defining both influence and interference. LT Milner’s research interests also includes online inauthentic behaviour, political tribalism, and the geopolitics of cyberspace.
