Cate Carter
Biography
Major Cate Carter is an Intelligence Officer and the Managing Editor of the Australian Army Journal. She has a Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Queensland and is currently a Defence PhD candidate in the field of Armed Forces and Society. Major Carter’s thesis concerns the relationship between the ADF and the Australian public.
