Ann-Louise Hordacre

Dr Ann-Louise Hordacre is Deputy Director, Operations at the Australian Industrial Transformation Institute (AITI), Flinders University. With 20 years working in workplace, industry and social research, Dr Hordacre leads the AITI quantitative team and brings extensive experience, skills and knowledge in high-level project management as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis and reporting. Dr Hordacre has been responsible for the management, development, administration and analysis of numerous large-scale, cross-sectional and/or longitudinal research projects for government (federal, state and local), businesses and NGOs, utilising a range of platforms. Dr Hordacre has worked on two commissioned projects for the Australian Army on retention strategies and industry capability to scale up for war.
