Michelle F. Rourke
Biography
Captain Michelle Rourke is a Scientific (Research) Officer at the Army Malaria Institute in Brisbane. She is currently undertaking doctoral studies at the Griffith University Law School where she is examining the role of international law in the sharing of scientific information and biological samples.
