Luke Carroll
Biography
Lieutenant Colonel Luke Carroll is a Reservist posted to Army Headquarters. He has served in Regular Army regimental infantry appointments and with the UN on the Iran–Iraq border, as well as in a wide range of staff appointments at formation and group level. Following Command and Staff College attendance at Quetta in Pakistan he was a tactics instructor at Canungra and then a member of the Directing Staff at the Army Command and Staff College, Queenscliff. Lieutenant Colonel Carroll holds masters degrees in Defence Studies; Management (HRM); and Education (Training and Development). As a Defence civilian, he is the Director Plans at the Defence Community Organisation.
